Yesterday was a bit of an off day. Exhaustion and a crazy day at work were getting the best of me and I felt so drained. Even as I drove to go hang out with family I was still very down. I was listening to Phil Wickham’s “Cannons” cd and worshiping and suddenly I was overtaken by unstoppable laughter and tears. My heart felt lifted from the heaviness of the day and all I could do was smile and giggle, all alone, singing my lungs out in my truck. It hit me that no matter where I was or how I felt that day, Jesus is always in my heart, always watching over me, and He always wants me to rejoice in Him. Praise God for His goodness and unfailing love!
